• Usage Data: Generated content (your inputs and AI outputs like scripts and hooks), credit usage, and stats such as number of generations.
• Payment Data: Transaction info via Stripe. We do not store card details — Stripe handles this securely.
• Technical Data: Device info, IP address, browser type, and cookies or local storage for session management and analytics.

We use your data to:

• Manage your account and provide TikTok script generation services.
• Process payments and subscriptions via Stripe.
• Improve our AI (powered by Claude API from Anthropic) and service features.
• Send service updates, newsletters (with opt-out), or support responses.
• Analyze usage for product enhancements, anonymized where possible.

We share data only as needed with trusted providers:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication, database storage, and app functionality.
• Stripe: For secure payments. They handle all card data directly.
• Claude API (Anthropic): For AI script generation. Your inputs and outputs are sent temporarily for processing.

These providers have their own privacy policies, and we require them to protect your data.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and at rest via Firebase, access controls, and regular audits to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use essential cookies and local storage for login sessions, preferences, and analytics. You can manage these via your browser settings. Disabling them may limit functionality.

ClipSpark is not intended for users under 13, or under 16 in some regions. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us immediately.
