ClipSpark provides AI-generated TikTok content via a subscription or credit-based system. We use Firebase for authentication and storage, Stripe for payments, and the Claude API for AI processing. Service availability is not guaranteed at 100% uptime.

You must be 13 or older (or the legal age in your region) and not barred from using our service under applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

By using ClipSpark you agree to:

• Use ClipSpark only for lawful purposes.
• Not abuse the service — including no scraping, reselling outputs, or generating spam or illegal content.
• Comply with TikTok's own terms and community guidelines when using generated outputs.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise disrupt our service or infrastructure.

Subscriptions and credits are handled securely via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for the chosen billing period. You may cancel at any time via account settings — access continues until the end of the current period.

We do not offer refunds for used credits or active subscription periods. An exception may be made at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used. To request a refund, contact us at nextleveltalkspodcast@gmail.com.

You own the content you generate through ClipSpark — including scripts, hooks, captions, and hashtags. ClipSpark retains all rights to its technology, AI models, platform design, and anonymized usage data used to improve the service. You remain responsible for ensuring generated content complies with TikTok's policies.

ClipSpark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness of AI-generated outputs for any particular purpose. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination you will lose access to the service and any remaining credits. Any outstanding fees at the time of termination remain due.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of ClipSpark will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of ClipSpark after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
